Technology service providers IBM have become the platinum sponsors to the China Open Tennis tournament. The company will provide services like cloud computing, Big Data and analysis to the fans to encourage them to be in constant touch with the action.

Chine Open is dedicated to promote fans experience and this will be a major step in its efforts, since the last 10 years of its inception. The inputs will be powered by IBM’s Match tracker technology, which uses its private cloud technology.

IBM has been involved with tennis and other sports earlier also, as it has been sponsoring the four Grand Slam tennis tournaments and the masters and the U.S. open golf tournaments earlier. This has enabled them to have a clear idea how to work in tandem with the organizers and enhance the customer experience.
